A: No, all it needs is to be stored at room temperature.

A: My Baklava will stay fresh for about 3 weeks, and every box is dated to reflect this.

Q: Does the Baklava contain nuts?
A: My nut-filled varieties are loaded with nuts, and my nut-free variety is assembled and baked along side the nut-filled Baklava.

Q: How is the baklava shipped to ensure it arrives fresh and in great shape?
A: I’m glad you asked! My shipping and packing methods were very carefully chosen to ensure freshness, and a great presentation. I use Priority shipping 1-3 business day delivery, and currently ship every Wednesday. Please place your order by Monday to ensure a Wednesday shipping of the same week. Orders placed Tuesdays – Sundays will be shipping on the Wednesday of the following week. Delivery is not available on National Holidays.
As for the packaging, my Baklava is ever so carefully packaged to provide cushioning for the longest journeys across the US.
